We offer our clients direct access to a team of highly qualified and experienced specialists offering consultancy services in preliminary work, building and road construction as well as construction supervision and maintenance work.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & GENERAL SERVICES

We work with firms as an independent contractor in projects requiring specialised knowledge, experience, or expertise. In the past, we have provided expertise in project management, technical consulting, financial consulting, transport services, technical trainings and facility management, etc.

Our multi-disciplined engineering team understands the complex manufacturing and industrial problems our clients face. Our engineering services are built on years of experience and the expertise to identify and design the unique industrial engineering solutions that match our client’s needs.

PROCUREMENT

We offer an extensive range of commercial, industrial and technical procurement and supply services. We provide industrial machinery equipment, oil drilling and production supplies, industrial electrical &electronic systems, laboratory equipment, office stationaries, personal protection equipment, spare parts, as well as manufacturing and operating consumables for the industries that we service.

Engr. Godfrey U. Ezeh
Board Chairman

Engr. Godfrey is a seasoned Engineer with over four decade experience in product design, project management and quality control in the aviation industry in different capacities. He joined the company from Nigeria Airspace Management Agency where he worked as Director Engineering Services, leading the division in structuring deals in procurement, communication, Electromechanically system projects and manpower development. He equally worked as Deputy Manager at Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority where he managed human and material resources in projects such as sale and deployment of VSAT systems to Lion Bank, Societe Generale Bank, Chartered Bank and rehabilitation of Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Microwave and telephone systems. Earlier in his career, Godfrey has worked as a system Administrator for Paging Service Limited; General Manager for Avsatel Communications Limited; a Research Assistant in Federal Ministry of Aviation and Ohio University respectively. He worked on project that solved the effect of interference FM radio stations on instruments on Instrument Landing System at John F. Kennedy Airport, New York and was instrumental to the team that worked for NASA on the Tri-University Program on effects of terrestrial radiation on space crafts. Godfrey is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, and holds a Double Diploma in Radar Maintenance and Radio & Line Transmission from Roma Italy and Lagos Nigeria respectively. He has different certifications in the engineering an aviation field. He is a Registered COREN Member, a Licensed Air Traffic Safety Engineer and a Member of Nigeria Society of Engineers

Chinedu Makata
Managing Director/CEO

Chinedu is a seasoned banker with over two-decade experience across banks in different capacities. He joined the company from Keystone Bank limited where he worked as Divisional Head Corporate and Investment Banking, leading the division in structuring deals in power, conglomerates and Infrastructure. He equally worked as Group Head, Corporate Banking at Union Bank where he led the Manufacturing, trade and export desk. He led the bank’s participation in Bank of Industry N200B Manufacturing sector intervention funding and the Central Bank N500B Real Sector Support Fund (RSSF) participation. Earlier in his career, he worked as head of International Business in United Bank for Africa Plc where he supervised relationship with multilateral agencies, Export credit agencies and offshore correspondence banking roles. He Started his career in Standard Trust Bank where he gained extensive experience in operations, retail and commercial banking where he reached the climax of serving as Branch and Area manager in South east Nigeria. Chinedu is a graduate of Economics from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds a Masters in Finance and Investment from University of Edinburgh United Kingdom. He is a Chartered Stockbroker, Chartered Banker and a member of Security and Investment Institute United Kingdom.

Nicholas Adheji
Director

Nicholas joins Lapidez Global bringing his wealth of experience in compliance, business process, business advisory and consultancy. Prior to this, Nicholas was Head of Risk Management at Advanced Chemicals Limited, Apapa. Between 2005 to March 2014, Nicholas served as financial controller in Osychris Industries Limited, Security Trading and Investment Limited, Springboard Trust and Investment Limited, Protea Hotel Kuramo Waters. In these roles, Nicholas has been responsible for proactively leading teams in managingfinancial services, regulatory and operational risks, advising management, monitoring the company’s risk, and implementing strategies to minimise the exposure to any risk. Nicholas cut his teeth in the financial services industry as part of a team that opened bank branches in Onitsha and Awka for Standard Trust Bank, now UBA plc between 1998 to 2003.A graduate of Bendel State University, Ekpoma, now Ambrose Alli University, Nicholas qualified as a chartered accountant in May 2001.
